    Watergate Bay Hotel is so close to the sea you can watch the surfers from the pool!  It’s ethos is about the balance in life: getting among the elements, eating and drinking well, having a good time with family and friends. The Hotel is host to to many seasonal events throughout the year including surfing competitions to cliff top club nights. It also offers many activities to get involved in from surfing lessons to yoga on the beach...

    Watergate Bay Hotel benefits from two lifts giving access to all public areas of the hotel. There are accessible car parking bays in the front of the hotel. A sloping boardwalk links the entrance of the hotel to Sea Lane and the beach. During spring and summer there is a Natural Access sand wheelchair which is available for use. This is bookable through Wavehunters at the Extreme Academy. There is a swimming pool to enjoy which has a shallow end with steps for easy entry. The wheelchair lift is alongside the stairs in the ocean room but the pool does not have pool hoist. The hotel has restaurants which are accessible by sloped, ramped or lift access and each has accessible toilet facilities.

    There are allocated disabled car parking spaces at the rear of the hotel.

    Toilet facilities

    The Hotel has two bedrooms which have have fully accessible bathrooms. One is a family suite. A shower chair and grab rails can be provided on request. Equipment can be hired from Mobility Hire Cornwall.

    There are several access slopes, ramps and lifts within the complex.

    All restaurants have accessible toilets.
