Railholiday have five beautifully restored and well appointed self catering railway carriage holiday lets at stations on the GWR main line in Cornwall.

They have been offering our unusual award winning holiday accommodation and short breaks for over twenty years.
Their holiday carriages sit in their own landscaped gardens and 4 are dog friendly.

There are 4 carriages in St Germans, South Est Cornwall, and one in Hayle, near St Ives, which all have parking adjacent to the accommodation.

Millpool, in St Germans, sleeps 1-2, is fully  wheelchair accessible to NAS level M3, with a wetroom and is dog friendly. It can be equipped with a single adjustable bed or a conventional double, and also a single sofa-bed or riser-recliner chair.

The Travelling Post Office, in St Germans, sleeps 1-6, and has single step access with a ramp available on request, and is step-free internally, and dog friendly. There are a double bed, a sofa-bed that can sleep up to 2, and a pair of bunkbeds.

The Old Luggage Van, in St Germans, sleeps 1-2 in a double bed against the wall on one side, with step access to the carriage. It is dog friendly.

Mevy, in St Germans, sleeps 1-5, with steeper ramp access. Mevy is pet free, and best for allergy sufferers. There is a double bedroom, and a room with three bunks.

Harvey, in Hayle, sleeps 1-13, and is beautifully placed for birdwatching, beaches and gardens. With two kitchens and 2 shower rooms, there are 2 lounges that sleep 2, 2 double bedrooms, and a bunkroom that sleeps 4. It is dog friendly. It is possible to book half the carriage, for a party of up to 6 people.

These railway carriages are narrow, with narrow doorways, and in some cases narrow corridors between the rooms. The exception is Millpool, which has been adapted without a corridor.

There is a laundry/games-room at St Germans, with an upright freezer, for use of guests of the four carriages there.
