    Detailed description

    Recently renovated chip shop with a modern feel but serving the best traditional fish and chips. Kelly's serves what you would expect along with a great selection of food to suit everyone, including gluten free on Mondays and Tuesdays. They are passionate about sustainable fish and local ingredients.

    Kelly's also serves cocktails.

    You can order online for eat in or take away, and there is a digital kiosk in the restaurant, for those who'd rather not order in person.

    Accessibiliy Guide

    Approaching the chip shop might be quite difficult for independent wheelchair users. Approaching from the pavement there is a considerable lip, as well as from the road.

    Once inside the downstairs is completely flat. The counter is quite high but the lady serving was very helpful and welcoming.
    They have wall mounted digital ordering kiosks which could be quite helpful for those with anxiety or sensory issues. You can also order via the app, for takeaway.

    Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to upstairs, but lots of space downstairs.
    When we visited I could not see any indication of a disabled toilet

    There is a significant lip from the pavement into the shop, and no access tot he upper floor. The counter is high, but the staff are very helpful.  The chairs and tables in the restaurant are moveable, if required.
