    We have a standard disabled toilet in the middle of the park, we also have a changing places toilet located within The Playhouse, this has a hoist, an electric height-adjustable changing bench, a height-adjustable washbasin, and a wash and dry toilet

    Access Card notes
    Camel Creek has recently installed a Changing Places Toilet, complete with a hoist, an electric height-adjustable changing bench, a height-adjustable washbasin, and a wash and dry toilet. Access Card holders with a plus 1 or 2 on their card will receive a complimentary essential companion ticket. Additionally, we offer a ride access pass allowing guests to skip the queue twice per ride. Our park also includes accessible restaurants and designated disabled parking spaces in our car park

    Mobility / Wheelchair Support

    We have 2 rides that have steps leading up to them Raging Rivers and Pirates of the Seven Seas, we do require the wheelchair user to be able to get out of their chair to get into the ride and have upper body strength to hold themselves upright. All buildings are accessible including food and beverage locations, Toddler Cottages for toddler use have very narrow and low doorways

     

    We hire out wheelchairs that require pushing, these are secured with a £10 refundable deposit,  We offer a ride access pass to jump the queue line twice on each ride

    Vision Impairment Support

    We only allow assistance dogs on to the park, we have plenty of out door space, water bowls can be given upon request

    Hearing Impairment Support

    We have hearing loops at various locations around the park
