Detailed description

Stay.
Your space to wind down, relax and recuperate. Choose from Panoramic View, Ocean View, Country View and Family View rooms. Whichever room you choose, the beach is always on your doorstep, and the epic Cornwall coast waiting to be explored.

All of our rooms have comfy beds, ensuite bathrooms, and Smart TVs. Some rooms are newly refurbished, with a contemporary design, and others include original Victorian features. If you have any queries about our room types, please do get in contact with us.

Panoramic View.

Our Panoramic View rooms have uninterrupted, wall to wall views of the sea and Cornish coastline. They are our most spacious rooms, and all feature a seating area in front of the bay windows. A perfect spot to relax and soak up the sea views.

Ocean View.

Our Ocean View rooms offer endless view sea views, and overlook our beautiful garden and the South West Coastal path. These rooms are cosy, and have a traditional style. We hope the epic view makes up for the 1980s style bathroom suite.

Roomy Country View.
These newly refurbished rooms offer beautiful countryside views of the Lizard Peninsula. Our Roomy rooms are our most spacious Country View room and can be made in Twin Beds on request. They have been remodelled to our new modern style. They have a contemporary, fresh look, and have new modern 'wet room' bathrooms.

Our aim at Housel Bay is to be as accessible as possible, and we commit to continually improve where we can.

Public Areas.
We have parking available next to the hotel reception.

All of our public areas of the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users. We have a portable ramp for the hotel front door. We have an accessible bathroom on the ground floor of the hotel.

For wheel chair users to access our terrace, located outside, it is reached via our car park.

All our guests can access our high speed internet throughout the hotel. Please do note, we have limited phone signal.

Bedrooms.
All of our bedrooms are located on the first and second floor of our hotel. We do have a small lift to reach these rooms.

Our Ocean View rooms have grab rails available in their bathrooms, which all have shower baths. Our newly refurbished Family Rooms, Cosy Country View, Country View, Roomy Country and Panoramic View rooms have wet rooms. Our Roomy Country View rooms can be made into Twin beds.

Quiet Space.
Our Snug, located opposite our reception, is a quiet space. We do not play music here, and encourage guests to be peaceful.
