Mobility / Wheelchair Support

The vast majority of the park is wheelchair accessible and there are specific routes to take around the park to avoid steps. Paths are wide, flat and tarmacked for easy use. There are a few sets of steps, which can be avoided if necessary.

Please ask a member of staff for a Flambards disabled route guide to help you during your visit.

Motorised scooters are also welcome.

There is a limited number of manual wheelchairs that are FREE to Flambards disabled guests to borrow during their visit.  They highly recommend you reserve a wheelchair before your visit on 01326 573404.

Vision Impairment Support

There is a Room Mate® fitted in our main disabled toilet which provides an audio description of the layout of the toilet facilities for blind and visually impaired visitors.

Guide or assistant dogs are welcome in the park but must stay on a harness at all times.  They must be registered with an ADUK logo fully visible with a full laminated I.D Card. For safety reasons, dogs will not be able to accompany guests on to the rides.
