West Looe Beach / Hannafore Beach

West Looe beach is a long slim beach with some sand, but also great rockpools. It is located on Hannafore Drive near to the Coastguard station. There is a concrete promenade which runs the length of the beach, wide enough for a wheelchair user, and a ramp down to the beach itself, although this has a step at the bottom to allow access to the sand. There are also other places with stepped access to the beach.  There is plenty of parking close to the beach near Hannafore beach and a bus route also goes along here.

There is a cafe, The Hannafore Kiosk with lovely views over towards Looe Island. There is outdoor seating which is level and picnic benches that can accommodate wheelchair users right beside the beach. This serves drinks, ice cream, cakes and hot and cold meals such as pasties and sandwiches.
