    Set in the heart of the countryside on a working farm, A Little Bit of Heaven is two deliberately adapted studio apartments, perfect for relaxing holidays, whether families, or for disabled people with their carers.

    Both apartments have wetroom bathroom with height adjustable skin, adjustable height kitchen worktops, twin bedroom with ceiling hoist, and a sofabed. They sleep 2, or 4 if you use the sofabed. Bert's Rest is on the ground floor and Roy's Barn is on the first floor, accessible by external lift.

    The property won the Gold award in the South West Tourism awards for Accessibility, in 2019/20.

    It has been assessed as suitable for independent wheelchair users, and level 1 access for both visually impaired and hearing impaired guests.

    Detailed description

    Both apartments have level wood flooring throughout, and a twin bedroom with electronic adjustable beds and an electric hoist throughout.  The wetroom has a fully automated sink unit which raises and lowers, taps turn on and off and plug opens and closes at the push of a button. It also is fitted out with an electric hoist with a level access shower and wet chair.

    The kitchens have electronic worktops, with cooker, sink and worktop space, plus fridge freezer, and washing machine.

    Both properties sleep 2, and have a sofa bed, so can sleep 4.

    Bert's Rest is on the ground floor, and Roy's Barn is on the first floor, with an exterior lift.

    Parking

    There is ample parking for both sets of accommodation.
