1. Sponsorship Packages

We offer three tiers of sponsorship:

• Bronze Sponsorship: £12.99/month or £175/year
• Silver Sponsorship: £95/month or £1,050/year
• Gold Sponsorship: £165/month or £1,750/year

Silver Sponsors additionally receive:

• Annual half-day site audit & report (Please note travel costs are not included)
• Full access to our library of expert resources

Gold Sponsors additionally receive:

3. Payment Terms

You may choose to pay either monthly or annually. However, all sponsorship packages require a 12-month minimum commitment, regardless of payment frequency.

– Monthly Subscriptions: You agree to pay the full annual fee in 12 monthly installments. Early cancellation does not release you from the obligation to complete the full payment.

– Annual Subscriptions: Billed once upfront, offering a discounted rate compared to monthly payments.

Payments are processed securely through our designated payment platform. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5.

4. Term and Termination

Your sponsorship begins on the date of payment and continues for a minimum term of 12 months.

– Monthly Subscriptions: May not be cancelled partway through the initial 12-month term. You are legally obligated to pay all 12 monthly installments. After the first year, your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 14 days before the renewal date.

– Annual Subscriptions: Renew annually unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to terminate your sponsorship immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to our mission.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

– Monthly Subscriptions: Cannot be cancelled during the initial 12-month term. No refunds will be provided. If payment fails or is withheld, we reserve the right to pursue the outstanding balance through appropriate means.

– Annual Subscriptions: May be cancelled at the end of the 12-month term with at least 30 days’ notice. No refunds will be issued for unused time if cancelled partway through the term.

6. Use of Branding and Materials

As a sponsor, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our branding materials (digital badge, window sticker) for the duration of your sponsorship. You agree not to alter these materials or use them in a misleading manner.

All training materials, guides, and resources provided are for your internal use only and may not be distributed externally without our written consent.

7. Accessibility Listings

We collaborate with sponsors to create accurate accessibility listings. You are responsible for providing truthful and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to edit listings for clarity and consistency.

8. Liability

We provide guidance and resources to assist in improving accessibility and inclusion. However, we do not guarantee legal compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your business meets all applicable laws and regulations.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your sponsorship or use of our services.

9. Data Protection

We handle your personal and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://accesscornwall.org.uk/privacy-policy). By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email. Continued participation in our sponsorship programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
