Access Aware Members receive:
Access Audit Members will receive all the benefits of the Access Aware membership package plus:
Access Training Members will receive all the benefits of the Access Aware membership package plus:
Access Champion members receive all the benefits of the Access Aware, Access Training and Access Audit packages, plus they additionally receive:
Payments are processed securely through our designated payment platforms. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5.
Your membership begins on the date of payment and continues for a minimum term of 12 months.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to our mission.
As a member, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our branding materials (digital badge, window sticker) for the duration of your sponsorship. You agree not to alter these materials or use them in a misleading manner.
All training materials, guides, and resources provided are for your internal use only and may not be distributed externally without our written consent.
We collaborate with members to create accurate accessibility listings. You are responsible for providing truthful and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to edit listings for clarity and consistency.
We provide guidance and resources to assist in improving accessibility and inclusion. However, we do not guarantee legal compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your business meets all applicable laws and regulations.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your sponsorship or use of our services.
We handle your personal and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email. Continued participation in our membership programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
