Located within walking distance of the Cornish river Lynher near Saltash and set in a designated area of natural beauty, Notter Mill is the perfect place to explore and holiday in the relatively untouched south east of Cornwall and western Devon.
At Notter Mill we have a selection of Danish Style cottages to suit all types including 2 and 3 bedroom cottages for couples and families some with private hot tubs, pet friendly cottages and cottages that are specially adapted for wheelchair users. Every Cottage is part of our Tamar Apple Cottage Collection and is located amidst the stunning scenery and tranquil setting of the Lynher Valley. Nestled in 15 acres of peace and quiet, sit back and enjoy an escape away.
There is an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a playing field, and a well-maintained play area.
A conservation area with a riverside walk is part of the site, which is partially wheelchair accessible.

Detailed description
Notter Mill Holiday Park has a David Bellamy GOLD award and is located just off the A38 at Notter Bridge. There are 12 bungalows in a secluded and peaceful valley setting offering self catering accommodation. The park has a flat road surface apart from the slope to enter the park and slight speed ramps. All accommodation is on the ground floor. There are 7 bungalows sleeping up to 6, 3 up to 7, one sleeping up to 8 and one sleeping up to 5.
Two cottages are specially adapted for wheelchair access:
Blackmoor Red 12 cottage sleeps 4. It is wheelchair accessible, and pet friendly. It has a double bedroom and a twin, with a walk-in shower with shower chair in the bathroom. The kitchen/living/dining area is spacious for wheelchair users, and all the internal doors are wide, except for the one into the twin bedroom. The patio area is accessible for wheelchairs.
Tregonna King 14 cottage sleeps 4 and is also wheelchair accessible with similar arrangements as above.
Of the other cottages, some are pet-friendly, and the site welcomes dogs.
Parking
Most bungalows have parking for one car adjacent to the property. Some have room for 2 cars. There is additional car parking facilities in the car park situated at the entrance to the park. The car park is a few minutes walk from all properties.
Toilet facilities
Each cottage has its own bathroom and toilet, with the wheelchair accessible cottages having accessible bathrooms with level-access showers.
Mobility / Wheelchair Support
There are 2 wheelchair accessible cottages detailed above, and wheelchair users can access the rest of the site except for the laundry room and riverside walk.
Vision Impairment Support
The site is well lit, including external lights at each property for late arrivals.
