Haven Riviere Sands

Riviere Sands is part of the Haven group, and offers three different ways to enjoy their site: you can bring your own tent, caravan or motorhome, you can choose a 'stay' holiday, or a 'stay and play' holiday.

'Stay' holidays allow you the use of the holiday home, and on-site restaurants and take-aways, plus use of the supermarket, and the coast-path, and other free outdoor activities, and the local area.

'Stay and play' holidays give you entry to the site's indoor and outdoor pools, amusement arcade, entertainment facilities, and fun activities like the surf school, along with the restaurant, shop, etc. (see the full list of activities here, including adrenaline-packed, craft, nature and watersports)

There are two types of adapted caravans:

Type 1 adapted caravan (sleeps 4) for guests with moderate accessibility issues:

• ramp access to the door,
• double or twin beds in the main bedroom,
• twin beds in the other bedroom, shower area with outward-opening double doors, and an entry lip-
• some lowered units in the kitchen
• parking next to the caravan

Type 2 adapted caravan (sleeps 4) for guests with very limited mobility or wheelchair dependency:

• ramp access to the door
• wider doors
• wet room with seating in the shower
• hand rails and sliding doors throughout
• main bedroom wheelchair accessible with 2 x 3ft twin beds
• second bedroom with twin beds (not wheelchair accessible)
• parking next to the caravan

Food

There are several places to eat on site - the Bluff Inn restaurant, Coast cafe, Cook's fish and chip shop, and the bar in the Live Lounge. There is also a supermarket, to purchase your own food. All these venues are wheelchair accessible, and food ordering is done via an app.
